Shipping Locations:
We are a US-based company (GSC EMPIRE LLC) located in Los Angeles, California. We offer shipping services to both customers within the United States and internationally.
Fulfillment Center Update:
To ensure efficient delivery and inventory management, we now ship items from different fulfillment centers. Please be aware that Risqué in-house brands are shipped from our California location, while our boutique collection items are shipped from a separate fulfillment center. As a result, your order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.
Processing Time:
Domestic orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
For orders containing boutique collection items, please allow up to 3-7 business days for shipping within the United States and up to 10 business days for international orders.
Shipping Methods:
We provide various shipping options at checkout, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your needs. The estimated delivery time will vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen during checkout.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your package(s) online. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after receiving the email.
Delivery Issues:
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, please understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause delays in shipping. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at info@shoprisque.net and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
Address Accuracy:
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Shop Risqué will not be held liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Returns -
At Shop Risqué, we aim to provide excellent customer service. If you wish to initiate a return, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
Return Initiation:
To start a return, please email info@shoprisque.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email, including photos when applicable.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging that includes the SKU label. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return Timeline:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. Once initiated, the items must be shipped back to us within 7 days to qualify for a full refund. For split package orders, the return window starts from the time of the final package's delivery date and time.
Return Conditions:
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or the item arrived damaged.
Return Processing:
Upon receiving the returned package, please allow Shop Risqué 5-7 business days to process the return. Our customer service team will email you once the return has been processed to confirm the actions taken.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Categories:
Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These items include swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products.
